Securing a Football Stadium During High-Risk Football Matches

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zabezpečením městského fotbalového stadionu Ďolíček, který se nachází v Praze - Vršovice. Práce se pojednává o problematice diváckého násilí, zabezpečení stadionu a rizikům při fotbalovém zápase. Praktická část zahrnuje řízený rozhovor s bezpečnostním manažerem a metodu Ishikawa diagram pomocí které byly vyhodnoceny bezpečnostní rizika při fotbalovém zápase. Byl tak navržen návrh na zlepšení zabezpečení stadionu, který by tak předešel komplikacím spojeným s diváckými výtržnostmi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the security of the city football stadium Ďolíček, which is located in Prague - Vršovice. The thesis deals with the issue of spectator violence, stadium security and risks during a football match. The practical part includes a guided interview with the security manager and the Ishikawa diagram method by which the security risks during a football match were evaluated. Thus, a proposal was made to improve the security of the stadium, which would thus prevent the complications associated with spectator riots.
