Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce na téma "Informační management staveb (BIM) v podmínkách ČR" popisuje, jaké úspory v životním cyklu investičního projektu přináší zavedení digitalizace stavebnictví v České republice. Aplikuje teoretické předpoklady na vybrané pilotní projekty, a vyčísluje možné úspory nákladů ve fázích přípravy, realizace, provozu a obnovy stavby.

This thesis on the topic "Building Information Management (BIM) in the Czech Republic" describes what savings in the life cycle of an investment project are brought by the introduction of digitalisation of the construction industry in the Czech Republic.
