WISE: benefits and limits from the perspective of stakeholders

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá přínosy a limity integračního sociálního podnikání. Konkrétně odpovídá na výzkumnou otázku „Jaké přínosy a limity integračního sociálního podnikání identifikují sociální podnikatelé a zaměstnanci ve vybraném integračním sociálním podniku?“ Práce je případovou studií vybraného integračního sociálního podniku. Jejím obsahem jsou subjektivně identifikované zkušenosti a názory. Na základě analýzy empirických dat byly vytvořeny tři hlavní kapitoly, které odpovídají na dílčí výzkumné otázky a tvoří tak soubory přínosů a limitu, které respondenti identifikovali jako obzvláště důležité z pohledu svého integračního sociálního podnikání. Integrační sociální podnikání se ukázalo být pro respondenty alternativním způsobem pomoci lidem sociálně vyloučeným, kdy mohou využívat vlastní inovativní způsoby k dosahování sociální integrace. Tento vlastní způsob využívá prvky participace, spolupráce s komunitou a dalšími zainteresovanými osobami a kulturní a ekologický rozměr svých činností. Přínosem je také široce nastavený produkt, nezbytný k naplňování veřejně prospěšného cíle. Limitující se pak ukazují specifika v propojování veřejně prospěšných cílů a finanční soběstačnosti. Podobně se zde projevují limity v nedostatečné zkušenosti s některými specifiky problémové situace znevýhodněných zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with benefits and limits of Work integration social enterprise (WISE). Specifically, bring the answer to the research question "What are the benefits and limits of the WISE identified by social entrepreneurs and employees in the selected WISE?". The diploma thesis is a case study of a selected WISE. Its contents are subjectively identified experiences and opinions. Based on the empirical data analysis there are three main chapters that responded to partial research questions. Also they formed sets of benefits and limits identified by respondents as particularly important from the point of view of their WISE.WISE has proven to be an alternative way for respondents to help socially excluded people where they can use their own innovative ways of achieving social integration. Their own way included the elements of participation, cooperation with the community and other stakeholders and the cultural and ecological dimension of their activities. Benefit is also a broadly-tailored product which is necessary for meeting the publicly beneficial goal Respondents see the limiting factors in terms of the specifics of linking public benefit goals and financial self-sufficiency. Similarly, there are limitations in insufficient experience with some specifics of the problem situation of disadvantaged employees.
