Detection of risk factors for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.

Abstract:

Cíl: cílem práce bylo zaměření se na detekci výskytu rizikových faktorů osteoporózy u žen v klimakteriu, dále přispění a rozšíření poznatků o výskytu rizikových faktorů u žen na Teplicku a také ověření hypotéz na základě statistického šetření. Metodika: výzkumný soubor byl tvořen ženami od 40 let věku. Jednalo se o ženy, u kterých klimakterium ještě nenastalo dále o ženy v období probíhajícího klimakteria a v neposlední řadě také o ženy po klimakteriu. Výzkum byl realizován ve dvou ordinacích praktického lékaře na Teplicku a dále na gynekologickém oddělení pooperační a konzervativní péče v nemocnici v Teplicích. V souladu s definovanými cíli byly stanoveny celkem tři hypotézy výzkumu, jejichž ověření je provedeno v rámci samostatné kapitoly této bakalářské práce viz kapitola 16. K tomuto bylo zapotřebí využít statistického vyhodnocení za pomoci jednovýběrového t-testu, dále Leveneovy testy, Kruskal-Wallisův test a Schaffeho test. Výsledky: získané výsledky z realizovaného výzkumu byly zpracovány v programu MS Excel za pomocí tabulek, v nichž jsou uvedené jednotlivé odpovědi respondentů na příslušné dotazníkové otázky s vyjádřením počtu respondentů, včetně procentuálního vyjádření. Na základě těchto tabulek byly sestaveny grafy jako grafické výstupy odpovídající procentuálním údajům v tabulkách. Pro interpretaci výsledků výzkumu bylo dále použito programu MS Word. Závěr: cílem výzkumu bylo přispět k rozšíření poznatků o výskytu rizikových faktorů u žen na Teplicku, a to prostřednictvím zmapování úrovně informovanosti žen o rizicích osteoporózy, zjištění životního stylu žen ve středním věku, zjištění zdrojů přinášející ženám nejvíce informací o osteoporóze a v neposlední řadě rovněž zjištění výskytu rizikových faktorů vzniku osteoporózy u žen. Zhodnocení těchto definovaných cílů výzkumu je součástí diskusní části předkládané bakalářské práce viz kapitola 17.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim Was focus on the detection of the presence of risik factors for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, furhter contributing and extending knowledge abaut the risk factors in women in the Teplice and test hypotheses based on the survey. Methods: The research sample consisted of women 40 years of age. It was the women who klimakterium has not occurred yet further by women during menopause ongoing and last women after menopause. The research was conducted in two general practitione's office in the Teplice. And the gynecological department of sergery and conservative care in hospitel in Teplice. In line with the defined objectives have been established three research hypothesses, the verification is done in a separate chapter ETO bachelor thesis chapter 16. To do this it was becessary to use a statistical evaluation for assistance one sample t-test, further Levene's test, Kruskal Wallis test and Schaff test. Results: The results of the research carried out were processed in MS Excel using tables, in which those individual respondents' ansvers to the relevant questions in the questionnaire meaning the number of respondents, including expression. Based on these tables were compiled charts as graphical outputs corresponing percentage data in tables. For the interpretation of research results was further used MS Word. The conclusion: Objektive of the research was to contribute to the expansion of knowledge about the risk factors in women's bodies and through mapping the level of awareness of women about the risk of osteoporosis, finding live style of women in moddle age, finding sources of bringigg women much information about osteoporosis and last but not least, the detection of risk factors for osteoporosis women. These defined objektives of the research is part of the discussion part of this bachelor work, section 17.
