Cílem práce je představit a analyzovat právní úpravu svěřeneckého fondu v České republice a quebecké fiducie. Zejména porovnat svěřenecký fond a quebeckou fiducii a porovnat jejich hlavní shodné prvky a vysvětlit rozdíly. The aim of the work is to present and analyze the legal regulation of the trust fund in the Czech Republic and Quebec fiduciary. In particular, compare the trust fund and the Quebec fiducie and compare their main ones identical elements and explain the differences.
