Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lidských práv v izraelsko-palestinském konfliktu. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je dokázat hypotézu, že lidská práva Palestinců jsou výrazně porušována tím, že Stát Izrael buduje v rozporu s mezinárodním právem bariéru na palestinských územích.
