Moments of physical education applicable at 1st level of primary school: multimedia material

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je na základě obsahové analýzy dat vytvořit multimediální materiál pro učitele na 1. stupni základních škol zaměřený na tělovýchovné chvilky. Ten je zpracován jako webové stránky, které mají sloužit nejen jako inspirace a prostředek pro zařazování pohybu do výuky teoretických předmětů učitelům, ale i například rodičům, pokud by nastala nutnost online výuky z domova. Webové stránky obsahují základní teoretické informace o tělovýchovných chvilkách, ale především je jejich součástí zásobník cviků, jako jsou uvolňovací, protahovací, posilovací či dechová cvičení. Z těch bylo následně vytvořeno několik příkladů tělovýchovných chvilek, které jsou navíc zaznamenány a nahrány na web prostřednictvím videa. Cviky byly vybrány na základě obsahové analýzy dostupných dat. Této hlavní části v diplomové práci předchází část teoretická, ve které jsou definovány a popsány pojmy jako je pohyb, pohybová aktivita nebo nedostatek pohybu. Dále je řešeno zařazení pohybové aktivity do vzdělávacího procesu, cíle a organizační formy tělesné výchově. Několik kapitol je věnováno samotným tělovýchovným chvilkám, jejich charakteristice a významu. Bylo třeba také zmínit druhy kompenzačních cvičení, které jsou během tělovýchovných chvilek využitelné. Další kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na pozornost a na pohyb, jako jeden z činitelů, který ji při učení ovlivňuje. V neposlední řadě jsou zmíněné výzkumy, které vztah pohybu a pozornosti potvrzují. Věřím, že bude multimediální materiál přínosný pro učitele a že ho budou v rámci své výuky využívat.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is creation of a multimedia material for teachers of 1st level of primary school focused on moments of physical education based on the content analysis of the data. It is made as a website which is available not just as an inspiration and as a means of incorporating movement into teaching of theoretical subjects for teachers but also for example for parents if there would be necessary for the children to be educated from home. Website contains basic theoretical information about moments of physical education but especially there is a stack of exercises as releasing, streching and strengthening. Of those a few examples of moments of physical education are made and they are also videotaped. Those exercises were chosen by using the content analysis of avaliable data. This main part of the thesis is preceded by a theoretical part in which terms such as movement, movement activity or lack of movement are defined and described. As a next chapter, the inclusion of physical activity in the educational process, goals and organizational forms of physical education is also desribed. Several chapters are dedicated to physical education moments themselves, their characteristics and meaning. It was also necessary to mention types of compensatory exercises which are useable within moments of physical education. Next chapter of theoretical part is focused on attention and movement as a factor influencing the student's attention during learning. On the last pages there are mentioned several researches which confirm the relationship between movement and attention. I believe that the multimedia material will be beneficial for teachers and that they will use it in their teaching.
