Leisure time activities of children of the 2nd grade of elementary school in Bohuslavice and Dolní Benešov

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá volnočasovou aktivitou studentů 6. až 9. třídy na základních školách v Bohuslavicích a Dolním Benešově. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy dané problematiky. Na to navazuje výzkum, kde byl ke sběru dat vybrán dotazník PAQ-C. Výzkumný vzorek zde byl tvořen chlapci a dívkami z obou výše uvedených škol. Celkem se zúčastnilo 181 studentů. Z výsledků bylo zjištěno, že studenti obou základních škol jsou ve svém volném čase méně pohybově aktivnější, ale v Dolním Benešově jsou pohybově aktivnější než studenti v Bohuslavicích. Zároveň bylo zjištěno, že v Dolním Benešově studenti stráví více času sedavým chováním u multimediálního zařízení. Dále bylo zjištěno, že studenti obou škol se nejčastěji věnují volnočasové aktivitě, kterou mohou vykonávat samostatně.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with leisure activities of 6th to 9th grade students at primary schools in Bohuslavice and Dolní Benešov. The theoretical part clarifies the basic concepts of the issue. This is followed by research where the PAQ-C questionnaire was selected for data collection. The research sample here consisted of boys and girls from both of the above schools. A total of 181 students participated. The results showed that students of both primary schools are less physically active in their free time, but in Dolní Benešov they are more physically active than students in Bohuslavice. At the same time, it was found that in Dolní Benešov, students spend more time sitting sedentary at a multimedia device. Furthermore, it was found that students of both schools most often engage in leisure activities, which they can perform independently.
