Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pracovní smlouvy, jakožto základního pilíře vzniku pracovního poměru. Jsou zmíněny postupy, které se uplatňují před a po uzavření pracovní smlouvy, práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance, které z pracovní smlouvy vyplývají. The work focuses on the issues of a contract of employment as the basic pillar of employment. It covers processes that are applied before and after concluding a contract of employment, rights and obligations of the employer and employee that result from the contract of employment.
