Abstract:
Kongenitální adrenální hyperplázie (CAH) je skupinou dědičných poruch steroidogeneze. Každá porucha je charakterizována defektem některého ze steroidogenních enzymů v biosyntéze kortizolu kůrou nadledvin a vede k sexuální nejednoznačnosti projevující se u obou genetických pohlaví. Abstract:
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is a family of inherited disorders of steroidogenesis. Each disorder is characterized by a specific deficiency of enzyme involved in steroidogenesis by the adrenal cortex and leads to sexual ambiguity in both genetic sexes.
