Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje cytogenetické změny v kostní dřeni pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem. V práci jsou popsány projevy mnohočetného myelomu, metody cytogenetické a molekulárně cytognetické analýzy a nejčastěji vyšetřované chromosómové aberace.
Abstract:
This paper describes cytogenetic changes in bone marrow by multiple myeloma patiens. There are summarized manifestations of this disease, methods of cytogenetic analysis and molecular cytogenetic techniques. There are also mentioned the most often examined chromosomal changes in multiple myeloma.
