Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá řasami, primárním a sekundárním metabolismem rostlin, tvorbou reaktivních forem kyslíku a vznikem oxidačního stresu. Abstract:
The theoretical part of thesis deals with microalgae, primary and secondary metabolism of plants, formation of the reactive oxygen species and origin of oxidative stress. Also it describes secondary metabolites, the characteristic of nanoparticles and impact on microalgae.
