Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na skladování kryokonzervovaných autologních krvetvorných kmenových buněk. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem transplantace v obecné rovině, dále jsou popsány typy transplantací, jejich indikace a v neposlední řadě i možnosti skladování krvetvorných buněk pro účely transplantací, z čehož je největší pozornost věnována právě kryokonzervaci. This bachelor thesis is focused on the storage of cryopreserved autologous hematopoietic stem cells.
