Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom a implementáciou systému na získavanie informácii z projektov (ASV a pod.), bežiacich na elektrónových mikroskopoch od spoločnosti Thermo Fisher Scientific. Práca na začiatku popisuje automatizáciu elektrónovej mikroskopie. Ďalej popisuje návrh, implementáciu, nasadenie a testovanie celého systému a jeho častí.
