Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem institutu vyvlastnění. Představuje obecnou charakteristiku pojmu, jeho historický vývoj a umístění v právním řádu. Zkoumá jeho návaznost na vlastnické prá-vo. Analyzuje jednotlivé náležitosti vyvlastnění, spolu s obsahem re-levantní judikatury. Systematicky je popsán také průběh vyvlastňo-vacího řízení, včetně soudního přezkumu rozhodnutí o vyvlastnění. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the expropriation con-cept. It provides general characteristics of the matter, its historical evolution and position in the czech legal order. It tracks its connec-tion to the law of property. It analyses the individual conditions of the expropriation, together with the relevant court rulings.
