Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat porušování autorského a průmyslového práva v praxi. První a druhá kapitola je zaměřená na autorská a průmyslová práva, na jejich předměty a členění jednotlivých práv, které nám zabezpečují výstup pro praktickou část, jež analyzuje porušování těchto konkrétních práv. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the violation of copyright and industrial law in practice. The first and the second chapters focuses of copyright and industrial law, to their subjects and divisions, which provide us with an output for the practical part, which analyzes the violation of these specific rights.
