Abstract:

Hlavním úkolem této bakalářské práce je rozbor českých kronik a letopisů z 12. a 13. století, s tím, že důraz bude především kladen na jakoukoliv zmínku o panovnících tehdejší Svaté říše římské. Práce obsahuje i důkladný rozbor jednotlivých pramenů, historický kontext tvorby autorů a samozřejmě budou také předestřeny jednotlivé úvahy a funkce, které stály za samotným vznikem jednotlivých textů. Samotným cílem práce pak je podrobit konstruktivnímu rozboru všechny informace o jednotlivých vladařích, tak jak je nepřímo zachycovali na svých stránkách čeští kronikáři a s pomocí moderní literatury pak vytvořit jejich relevantní obraz.

Abstract:

This thesis is an analysis of the Czech chronicles and annals from the 12th and 13th century with focus on commentaries about the rulers of the Holy Roman Empire. The thesis includes detailed analysis of individual sources, historical context of individual works and the background behind the creation of the texts. Main aim of the thesis is thus to constructively analyse all information about individual rulers as they were indirectly captured by the Czech chroniclers and to create their relevant image with the modern historical literature.
