Ve své práci se zabývám sepisováním notářských veřejných listin v minulosti a současnosti. Práce obsahuje jak pojednání historické, tak i současnou právní úpravu. V první kapitole zdůrazňuji přínos pomocných věd historických z hlediska vývoje písma a úředních písemností. In my work, I deal with compiling notarial public documents in the past and present. The work contains both a historical treatise and current legislation. In the first chapter, I emphasize the contribution of auxiliary historical sciences from the point of view of the development of writing and official documents.
