Abstract:

Interní komunikace a porozumění celého fungování komunikace je důležité pro efektivní fungování společnosti. Cílem manažerů je udržet komunikaci na takové úrovni, aby nedocházelo ke komunikačnímu šumu. Dále musí porozumět potřebám různých věkových kategorií. Právě manažeři definují, jaké komunikační prostředky se na pracovišti nalézají. Problémem může být nedostatečná srozumitelnost předávaných informací. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké komunikační problémy se nalézají ve společnosti BIO SYSTÉM spol. s r.o. a popřípadě navrhnout kvalitnější předávání informací s respektováním odlišných generací. Takovým způsobem může být informace předávána rychleji a efektivněji. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. První a to teoretická část se zabývá komunikací, jejím procesem a jejími druhy. Sdělení může probíhat nejen mluveným slovem, ale i neverbální komunikací. Dále se budeme zabývat generacemi X,Y,Z i dalšími generacemi, které jim předcházeli i které je následují. Na konec teoretické části bude definovaná interní komunikace, manažerská komunikace a její chyby. V druhé části se budeme zabývat šetřením ve zmíněné společnosti, kde je potřeba zjistit funkčnost komunikačních kanálů. Určení preference prostředků komunikace a generační rozdělení nám pomůže určit, jak kvalitní je daná komunikace v podniku. Na závěr zhodnotíme výsledky šetření společně s rozhovorem, který proběhl s manažerem společnosti. Výsledkem je mé doporučení na zlepšení komunikace v souvislosti s šetřením.

Abstract:

Internal communication and understanding of the entire functioning of communication is important for the effective functioning of the company. The goal of managers is to keep communication at such a level that there is no communication noise. They must also understand the needs of different age groups. It is the managers who define what means of communication are in the workplace. Lack of comprehensibility of the transmitted information can be a problem. The aim of this work is to find out what communication problems are found in the company BIO SYSTÉM spol. s r.o. and, where appropriate, propose better transmission of information with respect for different generations. In this way, information can be transmitted faster and more efficiently. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first and theoretical part deals with communication, its process and its types. Communication can take place not only by the spoken word, but also by non-verbal communication. Next we will deal with generations X, Y, Z and other generations that preceded them and who follow them. At the end of the theoretical part, internal communication, managerial communication and its errors will be defined. In the second part, we will deal with the investigation in the mentioned company, where it is necessary to find out the functionality of communication channels. Determining the preference of means of communication and generational distribution will help us determine how good the communication is in the company. Finally, we evaluate the results of the survey together with the interview that took place with the company manager. The result is my recommendation to improve communication in connection with the survey.
