Nástupnická strategie a její řízení v praxi rodinného podniku

Succession Strategy and its Management in the practice of a Family Business
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá definicí rodinného podnikání, nástupnictví a jeho fází, rodinné ústavě a správě majetku. Rovněž se zabývá konflikty a nástroji jejich předcházení či řízení. V praktické části je pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zakladatelem a jeho syny sestaven nástupnický plán vhodný pro tuto firmu.
Abstract:
In its theoretical part, the bachelor thesis deals with the definition of family business, succession and its stages, family constitution and property management. It also deals with conflicts and tools for their prevention or management. In the practical part, a succession plan suitable for this company is drawn up using semi-structured interviews with the founder and his sons.
