Tato práce se zabývá uzavíráním bilaterálních smluv o ochraně zeměpisných označení mezi Evropskou unií a třetími zeměmi. This paper is focused on the conclusion of bilateral agreements on the protection of geographical indications (GIs) between the European Union and third countries. It introduces the concept of GIs, with an emphasis on the fragmented terminology.
