Possibilities of Acquiring Financial Resources of the Company

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of obtaining financial resources of the company at present.The first chapter focuses on the analysis of the status and role of the enterprises in the business environment today and addresses their current problems. At the same time, it points out the importance of financial management in economic management of enterprise and the financial processes. It describes selected agencies aimed at the support and focusing on the National Agency for Development of Small and Medium Business in Slovak Republic. It analyzes the barriers to development of small and middle enterprises and the influence of the ongoing crisis on their development.In the second part there are analyzed the contributions of proprietors ,a comparison of standard and alternative financial sources as well as specific forms of financing. After Slovak Republic entered the European Union enterprises gain the possibility of a support by Structural Funds. There is used a variety of graphs, tables and images in this section to describe into more detail the forms of financing from financial institutions. It deals with the direct use of financial resources by enterprises and their comparison. It points out the restructuring and its use as an option to rescue a trading entity in stage of maturity. The third chapter brings suggestions on other ways of obtaining financial resources based on the structure of the selected company. The evaluation of a company is based on the analysis of operations results during the period 2009-2012.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá možnosťami získavania finančných zdrojov podniku v súčasnosti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na analýzu postavenia a úlohy podnikov v podnikateľskom prostredí v súčasnosti a rieši ich aktuálne problémy. Poukazuje na dôležitú úlohu finančného manažmentu pri ekonomickom riadení podniku a na finančné procesy. Charakterizuje vybrané agentúry pre podporu a pomoc so zameraním sa na Národnú agentúru pre rozvoj malého a stredného podnikania v Slovenskej republike. Analyzuje bariéry rozvoja malých a stredných podnikov a vplyv pretrvávajúcej krízy na vývoj podnikov. Druhá kapitola analyzuje vklady vlastníkov a porovnáva štandardné a alternatívne cudzie finančné zdroje a osobitné formy financovania. Vstupom Slovenskej republiky do Európskej únie podniky získavajú i možnosť v podobe pomoci EÚ prostredníctvom štrukturálnych fondov. Kapitola využíva množstvo grafov, tabuliek a obrázkov pre podrobnejšie zobrazenie jednotlivých foriem financovania podnikov od finančných inštitúcii. Zaoberá sa využívaním analyzovaných finančných zdrojov podnikmi a porovnáva ich medzi sebou. Poukazuje i na reštrukturalizáciu a jej využitie ako jednu z možností záchrany podnikajúceho subjektu v etape dospelosti. Tretia kapitola na základe štruktúry konkrétneho vybraného podniku prináša návrhy na iné možnosti získavania finančných zdrojov oproti tým, ktoré doposiaľ využíval. Pri hodnotení podniku vychádza z posúdenia analýzy výsledkov hospodárenia spoločnosti za obdobie rokov 2009 – 2012.
