The effects of instrumental therapy and rehabilitation on rheumatological diseases: case report.

Abstract:

In the first part of the work we described the three concomitant pathologies in the subject, briefly describing the symptoms and the pathophysiological mechanisms that underlie it, as well as the available therapies, we then turned to describe the anatomy and diagnostics of the knee, and then we devote ourselves to gonartrosis therapy. In the second part, a clinical case, we used the patient's physiotherapy and physical therapies and the following results obtained by the patient.

Abstract:

Nella prima parte del lavoro abbiamo descritto le tre patologie concomitanti nel soggetto, descrivendone brevemente la sintomatologia e i meccanismi fisiopatologici che ne stanno alla base, nonché le terapie disponibili, ci siamo poi rivolti a descrivere l'anatomia e la diagnostica del ginocchio, per poi dedicarci alla terapia della gonartrosi. Nella seconda parte, caso clinico, abbiamo fatto anamnesi paziente le fisioterapie e le terapie fisiche utilizzate e i seguenti risultati ottenuti dal paziente.
