Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o provedení pozemkové reformy ve 20. - 30. letech 20. století na velkostatcích Dolní Životice a Horní Vikštejn-Melč, patřících šlechtickému rodu Razumovských. Dělí se na několik částí, z nichž první se věnuje vzniku, uzákonění a základním bodům pozemkové reformy, druhá již představuje pozemkovou reformu v rámci konkrétního území - obvodu přídělového komisaře v Opavě, třetí seznamuje s rodem majitelů obou velkostatků a čtvrtá část popisuje průběh reformy na těchto velkostatcích. Práce taktéž z části přibližuje osoby žadatelů či přídělců půdy a národnostní problémy, které byly s pozemkovou reformou úzce spjaty.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the land reform which happened in the 20?s and 30?s of the 20th century on the estates Dolní Životice and Horní Vikštejn-Melč belonging to the noble family Razumovští. It is divided to several parts. First part concentrates on creation, enactment and the basic points of the land reform, the second presents the land reform in a specific region ? the field of activity of the opavian allocation commissioner, the third introduces the lineage of the owners of the estates and the fourth part describes the development of the reform on these estates. Thesis also partially approximates the characters of applicants or new owners of the lands and nationality problems, which were closely linked with the land reform.
