Předmětem bakalářské práce Nástroje slaďování rodinného a pracovního života je identifikace stávajících nástrojů slaďování a zaměstnaneckých benefitů v České republice. Na rozdílné nastavení rodičovské dovolené a rodičovského příspěvku upozorňuje bližší srovnání se Spolkovou republikou Německo. The subject of the bachelor's thesis Work-life balance is the identification of existing harmonization tools and employee benefits in the Czech Republic. A closer comparison with the Federal Republic of Germany draws attention to the different settings for parental leave and parental allowance.
