Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje principy metod rozmrazování a vysušování zamrazených sbírkových fondů po povodních v roce 2002: sušení na vzduchu, vakuové balení, lyofilizaci, vakuové sušení, sušení vlhkým teplem, horkovzdušné sušení, mikrovlnné sušení, kryogenní sušení a arktické vymrazování. Mapuje vysoušecí pracoviště v ČR, jejich pracovní postupy a technické vybavení. Nakonec srovnává výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých sušicích metod, shrnuje a hodnotí metody použité na pracovištích v ČR.

Abstract:

The paper describes the principles of the methods of defreezing and drying of the frozen collections affected by the floods in the year 2002. These methods are: air drying, vacuum packaging, lyophilization, thermal vacuum drying, dehumidification, hot-air drying, microwave drying, cryogenic drying and arctic freeze-drying. It maps the drying laboratories in the Czech republic, their methodologies and equipment. At last the paper compares advantages and disadvantages of the methods, summarizes and evaluates the methods used in the laboratories in the Czech republic.
