Diplomová práce se zabývá autorským právem v architektuře. V textu jsou podrobeny analýze základní pojmy. Je shrnuta ústavněprávní, občanskoprávní a trestněprávní ochrana architektonického díla. Část práce je věnována architektonickému dílu při veřejných zakázkách architektonických. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focusing on copyright in architecture. Basic terms are analysed in the text. There is a summary of constitutional, civil law and criminal law protection of architectural work. A part of thesis is dedicated to architectural work within public contests. There is a comparison of copyright legislation in architecture with Slovakia, Germany and the UK.
