Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem provizí pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů, otázkami spojenými s regulací těchto provizí a činností zprostředkovatelů pojištění. Práce je dělena do osmi kapitol. Úvod otevírá celé téma a definuje otázky a cíle, které si autor pro tuto práci vytyčil. První kapitola je věnována stručnému přehledu historie pojišťovnictví a zprostředkování pojištění v Čechách. Další dvě kapitoly se teoreticky věnují odměňování pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů provizní i neprovizní formou. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje a komparuje jednotlivé používané provizní modely v ČR i ve světě. Další kapitola rekapituluje funkčnost tržní regulace a shrnuje důvody k regulaci ze strany státu. Šestá kapitola shrnuje pozitivní i negativní dopady poslední novelizace zákona o pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelích pro všechny aktéry trhu, tj. pojišťovny, pojišťovací zprostředkovatele i klienty. Sedmá kapitola shrnuje a vyhodnocuje celou práci, současný stav a definuje problémy trhu. Tím také odpovídá na otázky položené v úvodu práce. Poslední kapitola pak přináší autorův návrh řešení těchto problémů ve dvou stupních. Prvním stupněm je řešení separátního odvětví pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů, které je reálné uvést do praktického fungování v dohledném časovém horizontu. Druhý stupeň přináší autorův návrh na možné komplexní uspořádání zprostředkovatelů všech finančních produktů a služeb. K němu je zatím ještě dlouhá cesta, toto řešení však autor považuje za jednu z možností, která by vedla ke zvýšení prestiže finančních poradců, tedy i stávajících zprostředkovatelů pojištění. Závěr pak celou práci myšlenkově uzavírá, včetně zdůvodnění určité autorovy skepse z hlediska provedení kvalitního a rychlého řešení současného problémového stavu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the topic of commissions insurance brokers, issues related to the regulation of these commissions and the activities of insurance intermediaries. The work is divided into eight chapters. Home opens the whole topic and defines the issues and goals, which the author has set for this work. The first chapter is devoted to a brief survey of the history of insurance and insurance brokerage in the country. The next two chapters are devoted theoretically pay insurance brokers commission and neprovizní form. The fourth chapter describes and compares the different models used in the commission of the Czech Republic and abroad. The next chapter summarizes the functionality of market regulation and summarizes the rationale for regulation by the state. The sixth chapter summarizes the positive and negative impacts of recent amendments to the Law on Insurance Intermediaries for all market players, ie. Insurance companies, insurance brokers and clients. The seventh chapter summarizes and evaluates all the work, and defines the current state of market problems. This also answers the questions posed in the introduction. The last chapter contains the author's solution to these problems in two stages. The first stage is the solution of a separate branch of insurance brokers, which is realistic to put into real-world performance in a foreseeable timeframe. The second stage brings the author's proposal to be a complex arrangement of all providers of financial products and services. To him it is still a long way to this solution, the author considers one of the options that would increase the prestige of financial advisors, including existing insurance intermediaries. The conclusion closes the entire work conceptually, including the rationale for a particular author's skepticism in terms of design quality and fast solution to the current problem state.
