Hlavním významem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit z dostupných informací rešerši, která shrnuje faktory ovlivňující barvu žloutku vajec kura domácího.Práce se nejprve zabývá obecně karotenoidy, jejich chemickou strukturou a nomenklaturou, jejich významem pro rostliny a člověka. The main purpose of this thesis was to create a set of factors that influence the colour of egg yolk of chicken.The thesis concerns with carotenoids in general, their chemical structure and nomenclature, their importance to plants and human.
