Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyřešení optimálního množství zbytku taveniny, při získání konstantního hodinového množství vsázky. Ohřev je vytvářen v indukční kelímkové peci. Práce je rozdělená do pěti částí. První část je věnována vzniku a dopadu elektromagnetické průzařnosti na železný materiál. V druhé části je popsána metoda ?Tavení se zbytkem?. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on solving the optimizing amount of residual melt, at obtain a constant hourly amount of the workpiece. Heat is generated in the induction crucible furnace. Thesis is divided into five parts. The first one is focused on creation and effect of electromagnetic transparency of the ferrous material. Second part describe method of ?Melting with the rest?.
