Abstract:

Diplomová práce Cvičení a hry s velkým míčem pro 1. stupeň ZŠ pojednává v teoretické části o psychickém, fyzickém i pohybovém vývoji dítěte. Zaměřuje se na zdravotní tělesnou výchovu, lékařské aspekty sezení a cvičení na míčích. Práce obsahuje kapitolu o historii cvičení na míčích a jejich charakteristiku. Poslední oblastí teoretické části je kapitola o cvičení na velkých míčích v rámci Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro 1. stupeň ZŠ, kapitola s nabídkou struktury vyučovací hodiny s využitím míčů i psychomotoriky a různých motivací. Praktická část diplomové práce je sborníkem cviků na velkých míčích. Zahrnuje kapitolu o správné technice cviků a odpovídá na otázku, proč jsou míče vhodné pro žáky 1. stupně ZŠ, možné příklady motivací pro hodiny tělesné výchovy a využití v hodinách tělesné výchovy. Každý cvik obsahuje názornou fotografii, popisek cviku a vhodnou motivaci. Cviky jsou rozděleny podle způsobu cvičení – cviky v protažení velkých svalových skupin, cviky v sedu na míči, v lehu na míči, v lehu na podložce a hry určené jak pro dvojice dětí, tak pro celou skupinu. Celá diplomová práce může sloužit učitelům prvního stupně ZŠ jako inspirace a pomůcka pro hodiny tělesné výchovy.

Abstract:

The theory part of the dissertation, Exercises and games with stability ball for Primary Schools, deals with psychological, physical and motoric development of children. It concentrates on physical well-being, medical aspects of sitting and exercising with stability balls. A brief history of exercising with stability balls and their characteristics is also presented. The last chapter of the dissertation deals with exercising with stability balls in terms of The Educational Framework for Primary School Children, suggesting the structure of the lessons using the stability balls, psychomotorics and motivational tools. The practical part of the dissertation consists of a collection of exercises with stability balls. It describes the correct technique and also deals with whether the stability balls are suitable for primary school children, possible motivational techniques for physical education lessons and their use during lessons. Every exercise is pictured on a photograph with a detailed description and a suitable motivation tool. The exercise is divided by the exercise method – stretching of large muscle groups, sitting on the stability ball exercise, laying on the stability balls, laying on the mat and games suitable for pairs of children as well as larger groups. This dissertation can provide primary school teachers with an inspiration as well as an aid for the physical education lessons.
