Digital Reading with Interactive Elements

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je četba v digitálním prostředí. Soustřeďuje se na práci s textem na digitálním zařízení v kombinaci s rozličnými interaktivními prvky a obohacujícím materiálem. Teoretická část se zabývá e-knihou, její funkcionalitou a metodami její tvorby. Praktická část popisuje uživatelský výzkum v oblasti e-knih a následně vypracování samotného projektu, jímž je obohacená digitální kniha. Zabývá se postupem navrhování ukazuje jednotlivé kroky vzniku designu od animací přes sazbu textu až po kompletní stripy, technologické postupy, implementaci interaktivních prvků a koncové zasazení do rámce uživatelského rozhraní.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is reading in the digital environment. It focuses on the work with text on a digital device in combination with various interactive elements and enhancing materials. The theoretical part focuses on e-book, its funcionality and the methods of its creation. The practical part follows up with an user research on the topic of e-books and subsequently elaborates on the creation of the project itself, which is an enriched digital book. Thus, it also deals with the design process - it shows the individual steps of designing, from animations through typesetting to completion of the strips, the technological procedures, implementation of interactive elements and the final setting within the user interface.
