Abstract:

Cílem práce je otázka motivace a angažovanosti zaměstnanců, její posouzení a konfrontace s teoretickými podklady a následným navržením a doporučením vhodných opatření ke zvýšení efektivity práce v daném podniku. Úkolem šetření této práce je nejen objasnění pojmů motivace a angažovanosti zaměstnanců, jejich přínosy a možné překážky, ale také zjištění, zda vykonávaná práce uspokojuje a motivuje zaměstnance k vyšším výkonům a zda využívá a rozvíjí jejich schopnosti. Ke zjištění dostatečných informací byl na základě průzkumného šetření využit krátký rozhovor a písemný dotazník, na jejichž podkladě byly stanoveny návrhy a výsledná doporučení. Pro dosažení požadovaných výsledků zde byly použity nejen vlastní a získané poznatky, zkušenosti, ale také cenné rady a informace včetně studia odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The aim is to question the motivation and commitment of employees,the examination and confrontation with theoretical reasons and then designing and recommendation of appropriate measures to increase work efficiency in the company. The task of investigation of this paper is not only to clarify the concepts of motivation and commitment of employees, their benefits and potential obstacles, but also determine whether the work performed satisfies and motivates employees to higher performance and that utilizes and develops their skills. To find sufficient information was based on an exploratory investigation used a short interview and a written questionnaire on the basis of proposals have been determined and the resulting recommendations. To achieve the desired results here were used not only own and acquired knowledge, experience, but also valuable advice and information, including the study of literature.
