Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo přispět k objasnění struktury chromatinu telomer v kalusech, semenáčcích a listech rostlin Nicotiana tabacum a Arabidopsis thaliana. Teoretická část práce shrnuje nejnovější poznatky o epigenetických modifikacích a telomerách, včetně intersticiálních telomerových sekvencích, které komplikují analýzu pravých telomer. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify chromatin structure of telomeres in callus cultures, seedlings and leaves of plants Nicotiana tabacum and Arabidopsis thaliana. The theoretical part of thesis summarize recent findings about epigenetic modifications and telomeres, including interstitial telomeric sequences presence of which complicates analysis of genuine telomeres.
