Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice sociálně psychologického výcviku. Cílem práce je uvést sociálně psychologický výcvik jako součást sociální psychologie. Dále práce vymezuje sociálně psychologikcý výcvik jako pojem a stručně přibližuje jeho cíle a znaky. Dále se práce věnuje teoretickým východiskům sociálně psychologikého výcviku a jeho historii.
