Cílem této práce je analyzovat institut předpokládané hodnoty veřejné zakázky dle zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek. Na úvod autor vymezí druhy veřejných zakázek a identifikuje typy cen, se kterými se lze setkat v průběhu zadávacího řízení. Stěžejní částí práce je stanovení předpokládané hodnoty. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the estimated value of a public contract according to Act no. 134/2016 on public procurement. At the beginning author is going to define the types of procurements and identify the types of values which figure in the procurement procedure.
