Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má název Rozvoj osobnosti v seniorské fázi života. Cílem této práce je zjistit jaké aktivity provozují senioři ve svém volném čase, jakou mají motivaci pro tyto činnosti a jaký podle nich má význam to, že i ve svém věku mají zájem na svém rozvoji. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmu stáří a změny v této fázi života. …more

The bachelor thesis is titled Personality development in the senior stage of life. Aim of this thesis is to find what activities are practiced by elderly people in their free time, what motivation they have for these activities and what meaning they see in the fact that even in their age they are interested in their personal development.
