Regression Analysis of the Housing Transactions
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vztahy mezi proměnnými relevantními pro odhad ceny bytu, resp. jeho pronájmu. Za tímto účelem je v práci provedena regresní analýza. Při analýze jsou použity různé odhadové metody.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with relations among variables relevant for appraisement of flat or apartment rentals. For this purpose is carried out the regression analysis. In analysis are used different methods of estimation.
