Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraného rodinného pivovaru, prozkoumání provozních a ekonomických aspektů jeho provozu, zhodnocení jeho vlivu na ekonomiku v místě podnikání a průzkumu konkurenčního prostředí v dané lokalitě.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the chosen family brewery, examination of its operational capabilities and economic performance, examination of the local competitive environment and evaluation of its influence on the economy of the local community.
