Práce Prameny práva Evropské unie a jejich vnitrostátní účinky je rozdělena do třech částí. První část obsahuje historii Evropské unie a problematiku vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. First part includes history of the European union and problems with accession the Czech republic into the European union.
