Bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými styly vedení a jejich vlivem na motivaci zaměstnanců k pracovnímu výkonu. V první kapitole teoretické části se práce věnuje vymezení managementu a leadershipu, dále podává přehled o přístupech ke stylům vedení a jejich členění.
