Germanic Tribes in Late Antiquity and the Early Middle Ages with Special Emphasis on the Iberian Peninsula
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the Germanic tribes since the beginning of their documented existence with special attention to Goths, especially to Visigoths and their expansion in the Iberian Peninsula along with the fate of their kingdom of Toledo and the major historical events of the time.
Abstract:
Tato magisterská práce se zabývá germánskými kmeny od počátků jejich doložené existence, přičemž největší pozornost je věnována Gótům, přesněji Vizigótům a jejich expanzi na Pyrenejský poloostrov společně s osudem jejich Toledského království a významnými historickými událostmi oné doby.
