Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá léčivy ze skupiny sedativa a hypnotika s důrazem na jejich chemickou syntézu. Práce také popisuje současný stav v používání jednotlivých látek z této skupiny v klinické praxi v ČR.
Abstract:
This work deals with a group of drugs and sedatives, hypnotics, with emphasis on their chemical synthesis. The thesis also describes the current status in the use of substances of this group in clinical practice in the country.
