Skeletal inflammantory diseases - radiology and scintigraphy methods

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na záněty kostí a kloubů a jejich diagnostiku zobrazovacími metodami. Stručně je popsána anatomie skeletu, dále přehled radi-ologických zobrazovacích metod a nukleárně medicínských vyšetřovacích metod se zaměřením na scintigrafické metody. Následuje klasifikace zánětlivých one-mocnění skeletu a radiologické a scintigrafické obrazy patologií. V praktické části jsem se zabývala zobrazováním zánětů skeletu a nejčastějšími diagnózami u 123 pacientů vyšetřených v letech 2001 ? 2006 na Klinice nukleární medicíny a Radiodiagnostickém ústavě ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on skeletal and arthral inflammation and its dia-gnostic by imaging methods. Shortly is described anatomy of the skeleton and a review of radiological imaging methods and nuclear medicine methods with the focus on scintigraphyc methods. It is followed by a classification of inflammatory diseases of skeleton and radiological and scintigraphyc images of specimen. In the practical part I focused on depicting of skeletal inflammation and most common diagnosis of 123 patients examined between the years 2001 and 2006 at The clinic of nuclear medicine and Radiological institute of Ostrava hospital.
