Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou a charakterizací koordinačních sloučenin ruthenia, které jsou strukturně podobné biologicky aktivním komplexům typu RAPTA. Pro syntézu byly voleny N-donorní planární polyaromatické ligandy podporující vznik supramolekulárních systémů s hostitelskými molekulami s výbornou rozpustností ve vodě. This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of ruthenium coordination compounds, which are structural analogs to biologically active RAPTA type complexes. N-donor planar polyaromatic ligands were selected for the synthesis as those support the formation of supramolecular assemblies with water soluble host molecules.
