V bakalářské práci se v první části věnuji problematice bytové politiky a jednotlivým sektorům bydlení, které jsou zde stručně charakterizovány. Ve druhé části se pak věnuji financování bydlení pořizovaného do osobního vlastnictví. V práci jsou především uvedeny dva nejběžnější způsoby financování a to stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěr. The first part of my bachelor work deals with the housing policy problematic and various sectors of housing characterizing them briefly, while the financing of private property housing is dealt with in the second part.
