Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem výjimečně dochovaných tympanonů z první poloviny 12. století, objevené na fasádě burgundského kláštera La Charité-sur-Loire. Hlavními otázkami této práce, kromě obecné klasifikace stylu a ikonografie portálů, je především snaha pochopit, jak tyto portály mohly být vnímány dobovým publikem a především poutníky, kteří skrze La Charité procházejí již od nepaměti.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis, dealing with the examination of the bas-relief tympana of the monastic church in La Charité-sur-Loire, is to represent these uniquely preserved sculpted objects in their broader context. Nevertheless, the main concern of this study is to try to comprehend the how and which these bas-reliefs portals could in their period mediated to their spectators.
