Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the ethical purchase of cruelty-free cosmetics and examines consumer behaviour and the difference between intention and actual behaviour in ethical consumption. The study uses qualitative methods including semi-structured interviews to obtain the views of consumers, which provide a comprehensive view of the motivations and issues behind the purchase of cruelty-free cosmetics. …more

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá etickým nákupom cruelty-free kozmetiky a skúma správanie spotrebiteľov a rozdiel medzi zámerom a skutočným správaním pri etickej spotrebe. Štúdia využíva kvalitatívne metódy vrátane pološtruktúrovaných rozhovorov na získanie názorov spotrebiteľov, ktoré poskytujú komplexný pohľad na motivácie a problémy stojace za nákupom cruelty-free kozmetiky.
