Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přístupy mužů a žen v neformální péči v domácím prostředí. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou přístupy mužů a žen v péči o osobu blízkou v domácím prostředí. Zda jsou přístupy mužů a žen v některých aspektech srovnatelné nebo jsou zcela odlišné. Tato diplomová práce poukáže na možnosti podpory a pomoci neformálním pečujícím. Objektem této diplomové práce jsou osoby, které se v domácím prostředí starají o své blízké. Předmětem výzkumu je pak jejich vnímání na danou problematiku, jak k péči o své blízké přistupují. Pro účely této diplomové práce byla zvolena strategie kvantitativního výzkumu, kde výzkumnou technikou byla zvolena forma dotazování, pomocí dotazníku. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké jsou stěžejní potřeby neformálních pečujících v kontextu genderového rozdělení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the approaches of men and women in informal care in the home environment. The aim of this work is to find out what are the approaches of men and women in the care of a close person in the home environment. Whether the approaches of men and women are comparable or completely different in some respects. This diploma thesis points out the possibilities of support and assistance to informal caregivers. The object of this diploma thesis are people who take care of their loved ones in the home environment. The subject of research is their perception of the issue, how they approach the care of their loved ones. For the purposes of this diploma thesis, the strategy of quantitative research was chosen, where the research technique was used to choose the form of questioning, using a questionnaire. The aim of the research was to find out what are the basic needs of informal carers in the context of gender division.
