Abstract:
Rigorózní práce představuje ucelené zpracování problematiky faktického výkonu rozhodnutí soudního či správního orgánu, jimž je cizinci uložena povinnost opustit území České republice. Práce se zaměřuje především na problematiku zacházení s cizinci při realizaci nuceného navracení.
Abstract:
The thesis presents the issue of the enforcement execution of a court decision or an administrative decision of the obligation to return. The thesis deals with the processes relating to the force return of the foreigners and especially with the treatment of these people who are physically transported out of the Czech Republic.
